HR
HR keeps everything about your people, with self-service for every employee and their manager.
People
Employees, numbered in order, in departments with their heads and managers, and an org chart drawn from them. Ending someone’s employment moves their direct reports to their manager.
Time off and attendance
- Leave types with yearly allowances, and balances worked out, never typed.
- Requests counted in working days, without holidays or days off, approved by the person’s manager or HR, or refused with a reason.
- A team calendar, and clocking in and out with timesheets and overtime.
Hiring and onboarding
Openings and candidates move along your hiring stages. Hiring someone makes the employee and starts their onboarding checklist, each step owned by HR, IT, the manager or the employee, and due so many days from their first day.
Performance
Goals and their progress, weighed against the time gone by, and reviews rated on your competencies.
Payroll
A pay run each month: each person’s pay from their salary, prorated, with bonuses, deductions and tax withheld, and a payslip each to print. Marking it paid can record it in Accounting through a workflow.
Polls
Put a question to everyone. Each person votes once, and votes stay private unless the poll shows who voted.
