Bases
A base is one business or branch, with the apps and data it needs. Most companies start with one.
Create a base
- From a template, its tables, forms, documents and apps set up for you.
- Blank, then add apps one at a time.
Your plan sets how many bases a workspace holds; the trial holds 3.
Business details
In the base’s Settings › General, add your business’s name, logo, address, phone, email, website and tax number. They head your invoices, quotes and payslips, print on your receipts, name the browser’s tab, and give the app installed on phones your name and logo.

- The apps added, each with its settings and access.
Delete a base
Delete a base from its menu. Everything its apps hold goes with it, its files included, so export what you want to keep first.
