Workflows

A workflow does the repetitive work for you: when something happens, it runs its steps.

Triggers

A workflow starts when something happens: a record created or changed, a form answered, an order placed, a ticket opened, a document signed, an employee hired, a webhook called, or anything that changes in an app. It can also run by hand.

Steps

  • Create, find or update records in any table of the workspace.
  • Send an email or a notification.
  • Create a CRM record, a ticket, a candidate, an invoice, or a document from a template.
  • Call an HTTP API or ask an AI model, through your integrations.
  • Branch with If and Switch, repeat with Loop, and join ways with Merge.

Build one

  1. 1In the Workflows app, choose New: blank, from a starter, or from a saved template.
  2. 2Pick its trigger and its conditions.
  3. 3Add steps on the canvas, each set up in the panel beside it, using the trigger’s values and the steps’ before, such as {{trigger.email}}.
  4. 4Test it on a sample, then switch it on.

Watch it run

Each workflow lists its runs, filtered by status, each step’s output in plain rows. Replay a past run, switch a step off, or let one go on after an error. You are told when a run fails.

Always on

What customers do while nobody is in the app, a booking, an order, a form’s answers, still starts your workflows.

Starters

Ready-made workflows connect the apps as you would expect: invoices for won deals, bills for received purchases, paid online orders into the books, job applications into candidates, and more.
