Tables from documents

Your first document

1. 1In Collections, choose New › Table from a document.
2. 2Add its pictures, front and back, or a PDF.
3. 3Check what was read: keep, rename or retype each field, then create the table, that document its first record.

Scan the next ones

On the table, Scan reads another document into a new record, to check before you add it; its pictures are kept with it. A record’s own Scan reads a document into that record.

Scan into any table

In a table’s Details › Scan, say what document it scans and which fields a scan fills: a students table reads a name and a birth date from an ID card and leaves the rest to you. Add your own notes on how to read it.

It learns

When you correct what a scan read, the table’s next scans are reminded of it, so the same mistake doesn’t come back.

AI credits

Each scan uses one of your plan’s AI credits for the month. Details › Scan says how many are left.
