Notifications
Notifications tell you what needs you: a new ticket, an order, a leave request, a record waiting at your step.
The bell
The bell atop the sidebar shows your latest notifications and invitations; See all opens their page, Unread or All. Each one opens what it is about.
On your devices
Allow notifications to get them on your desktop and your phone, even with the app closed.
Who tells you
- Helpdesk: new tickets, assignments, customers’ replies and ratings.
- Online store: new orders, failed deliveries and returns.
- Collections: a record waiting at your step, a booking page’s bookings.
- HR: leave requests and their answers, reviews.
- Documents: each signature.
- Inventory: an item at its reorder point.
- Workflows: failed runs, and the notifications they send.
Kept a while
Notifications are kept for 30 days.
