Point of Sale

Point of Sale is your till: sell, take payment, print receipts and close the day, on a computer, a tablet or a phone.

Sell

  • Tap, search or scan products; a product with variants asks which one.
  • Several orders at once, as tabs, each with its table and waiter.
  • Paid in cash, by card or on a customer’s account; only cash gives change.
  • A USB barcode scanner works as it is: scan anywhere on the register.

Sessions

Open a session to start selling, and close it at the end of the service: the cash you should hold in the drawer is worked out for you.

Customers, coupons and loyalty

  • Managers approve the customers the team adds.
  • Customers can pay later: what each owes is followed until they pay it back.
  • Coupons take a percent or an amount off, for anyone or one customer, once or for good.
  • Loyalty points become a reward coupon, and waiters can earn a share.

Receipts

Design your receipt: its logo, title, paper width, font, alignment and what it prints, with a Wi-Fi code for customers and a barcode that finds the order again.

Stock and reports

Tracked products count their stock, with reorder rules; with Inventory, the register and the online store share one stock. Reports show sales, profit and margin by day, hour, product, category, payment and cashier, and print a day’s or a service’s report.
