CRM
The CRM follows your customers from first contact to signed deal.
What it keeps
- Leads
- People or companies who may buy, scored as they come.
- Accounts and contacts
- The companies you work with, and their people.
- Deals
- Opportunities moving through your pipeline’s stages.
- Activities
- Calls, meetings and tasks.
- Products and quotes
- What you sell, and quotes priced with their discounts and taxes.
Pipeline and forecast
Drag deals across your stages. Each base keeps its own stages, with their odds and forecast category, and its lead statuses, sources and types. Set a target each month and follow the forecast: won, commit, best case and pipeline.
Lead scoring
Each lead scores from the rules you set, by its source and status, whether it has an email, a phone, a company and a title, and how fresh it is, so the hottest come first.
Duplicates
The CRM finds people with the same email, or the same name and phone or company, and companies with the same name or website. Pick the record to keep: the others’ details, contacts, deals, activities and notes move into it.
Quotes and signatures
Quotes print on your letterhead. Where the base has Documents, send a quote for signature: once signed, it is accepted and its deal is won.
Who sees which records
Each record has an owner. A base can show each person only their own records, those of the people under them, and those nobody owns.
