Forms
Forms collects answers: contact forms, applications, surveys, registrations and quizzes.
Build a form
Start blank, from a sample, or from a template: contact, feedback, registration, application, or one of your own. Drag in fields, say what each requires, show a field only when an answer calls for it, and work out values with formulas. A form can be one page or a wizard of several.
Share it
- Share opens the form’s link and its QR code, to copy or print.
- Lock it with a password, stop taking answers, or make a new link so the old one stops.
- Its page shows your business’s name and logo, and nobody needs an account to answer.
- Files sent with the answers are kept, and filed in Drive in a folder named after the form where the base has Drive.
Quizzes
Turn a form into a quiz: give each question its points and right answers, add a photo to a question, and show it one question at a time with a progress bar. Answers are graded, those sent by link waiting for your review.
Answers and summary
Responses lists every answer in views, with where each was sent from. The Summary tab charts each question: counts, shares, averages and the most common answers.
Who does what
Creators build, share and delete forms. Editors add, change and delete responses. Everyone else reads them.
