Workspaces
A workspace is your company’s home in Aioneprod: its bases, its people and the way it looks.
The workspace’s home
The home shows the workspace at a glance: its bases, members, teams and workflows, then what needs attention, such as workflows whose last run failed and invitations waiting for an answer. Your shortcuts sit there too.
Its settings
- General
- The workspace’s name, and how dates are written: 10/03/2026, 03/10/2026, 2026-10-03 or 03.10.2026.
- Members, Teams, Roles
- Who belongs, the groups they form, and what each role may do.
- Organization
- Your hierarchy of units and ranks, if you keep one.
- Working hours
- The hours each role works.
- Appearance
- The workspace’s colors, gray, corners and page background.
- Activity
- Who did what, and when.
- Integrations
- The outside services connected to the workspace.
Make it yours
In Settings › Appearance, choose an accent color (any color, not only the ones offered), a gray, how round the corners are, and a page background. Everyone sees the workspace in its colors; each person still chooses light or dark.
Several workspaces
Belong to as many workspaces as you are invited to, and switch between them from the sidebar. Each person creates one workspace of their own, unless the platform allows more.
Deleting a workspace
Only an owner deletes a workspace, from its settings. Its bases, members, teams and everything they hold go with it, so export what you want to keep first.
