Filters, sorting, groups and colors

Filters

Keep the records that match all of your conditions, or any of them. A date can be compared with a day that moves: today, yesterday, tomorrow, one week or one month ago or from now, so a view of what is due this week stays right every day.

Sort and group

• Sort by one field or several.
• Group by a field to see records in sections, each folded or open.
• Hide the fields a view doesn’t need, and choose the rows’ height.

Colors

Color records by a choice field’s colors, or by your own rules, the first that matches winning: overdue in red, paid in green.

Search

Every view has a search box. It reads what the records show, so a choice or a link is found by its words.
