Sharing
Share an item with a member or a team, to view or to edit, or set its general access. A folder’s sharing reaches everything in it.
From your apps
From apps lists what your apps hold, documents, forms, tables and portals, and keeps shortcuts to them beside your files. A form’s files are filed in a folder named after it.
Trash
Deleted items wait 30 days in the trash, then go for good. Restore one in time to bring it back.
Space
A base can set its own storage quota, and your plan sets how large a file can be.
