Documents

Documents is your business’s word processor: letters, contracts, procedures and templates, with signatures built in.

Write

The editor has what you expect: headings, lists, tables, pictures, links, find and replace, word count and printing. Documents can sit under others, as tabs under tabs. Import a Word file to start from it, and download any document for Word.

Templates with blanks

Mark a document as a template and write blanks where the details go: {{Full name}}, {{Start:date}}, {{Amount:number}}, {{Summary:long}}. Fill in asks each blank in a form, and each fill is kept as a submission to preview, print, change, or save as a document.

Send for signature

  1. 1Open the document and choose Send for signature.
  2. 2Add each signer’s name and email.
  3. 3Copy or email each signer their own link. They sign without an account: their name, a drawn signature and their consent.

Once sent, the document is locked for good. Duplicate it to change it.

Follow the signatures

The signature block shows who signed, when and from which device. You are told as each one signs, and the printed document carries the signatures below it.

From the other apps

A CRM quote is sent for signature as its own document, and any table or form can borrow a template, so a change to it reaches every record.
