Key concepts

A handful of ideas explain how Aioneprod is organized. Once you know them, every app feels familiar.

The building blocks

Workspace
Your company’s home: its bases, members, teams and settings. One person can belong to several workspaces.
Base
One business or branch, with its own apps and data. Most companies start with one.
App
A tool added to a base: Collections, CRM, Accounting, Point of Sale and the others.
Table
In Collections, a list of records with the fields you choose, like a smart spreadsheet.
Record
One row of a table: a customer, an order, a booking, an employee.
Field
One column of a table: a name, a date, an amount, a choice, a link to other records.
View
A way of looking at the same records: a grid, a form, a calendar, a timeline, a gallery, a board, a dashboard or a report.
Template
A ready-made base for a kind of work, or a saved copy of your own base, form, portal or workflow.

Who sees what

Every member has a role in the workspace, from Owner to Viewer. A role can be raised or lowered for one base or one app, a base or an app can be kept to the people given access, and teams give many people access at once.

How apps share data

  • Point of Sale and the Online store sell from one stock when Inventory counts their products.
  • A CRM quote is signed through Documents, and a signed quote wins its deal.
  • Helpdesk shows a ticket’s customer from the CRM and the order they ask about from the Online store.
  • Portals show your booking pages, your store and your forms on your website.
  • Workflows connect the rest: when something happens in one app, do something in another.

Saved as you go

There is no Save button to remember: changes are kept as you make them, and what other people change shows up as they make it.
