How to resell Aioneprod to your clients

Get your reseller account

Write to us from the email you will sign in with. We add you as a reseller, with your company’s name and how many client workspaces you can open. Sign in with that email, once you have confirmed it, and the Reseller console appears in your account menu.

Put your brand on it

In the console’s overview, set your name and logo. Inside every workspace you sell, the platform’s name and logo become yours, so your clients see your service. Their own business’s name and logo still lead on their pages, invoices and receipts.

Make your plans

A plan is what a client pays you for. For each one, you choose:

• Its price and currency, by the month or by the year, with a price for a year paid at once.
• The apps it includes, from CRM and point of sale to accounting, HR and websites.
• Its limits: businesses, people, file sizes, AI scans and storage. Set businesses or people to 0 for no limit.

As you type, each plan shows what it costs to run at its limits, a fair price for it, what you earn and your margin, so you never sell one at a loss.

Open a client’s workspace

Each client gets a workspace of their own, in four steps:

• In your console, make a workspace for your client, within the number your account allows.
• Invite your client by email as its owner. They accept from their notifications or home page.
• Give it one of your plans, and the last day it is paid until.
• Start it from a template made for their trade, a restaurant, a clinic, a shop, a school, a hotel and many more, ready in a minute.

You stay an owner of every workspace you sold, without taking a member’s seat, so you can open it to set things up or to help.

Get paid

Your clients pay you directly, by transfer, in cash or however you agree. When a payment comes in, move the workspace’s last paid day forward. Once that day passes, the workspace keeps working for a few days while its people are warned, then turns read only until you extend it. Nothing is deleted, and the banner’s Pay button leads them to you.

Follow your business

The console’s overview adds up your clients, those still in their trial, overdue or suspended, and what you earn each month. Your customers list shows each workspace with its plan, its last paid day and how much it uses. Suspend a client who stops paying, and reactivate them once they do.
